PEM-CSI public cible / Target Audience

• Ce cours a été créé pour les médecins traitant des patients pédiatriques dans un contexte d’urgence. Les principes de bases de la réanimation pédiatrique ne seront pas enseignés pendant ce cours.

• This course is intended for physicians and residents who care for pediatric patients in an emergency setting. The basics of resuscitation care will not be taught as part of this course.

• Nous suggérons fortement aux participants d’obtenir leur certification PALS ou l’équivalent avant d’assister au cours. PALS ne sera pas enseigné pendant ce cours.

• PALS certification or equivalent is highly recommended. PALS will not be taught as part of this course.

• Nous suggérons fortement aux participants d’avoir des habilités de base en échographie d’urgence. Les participants doivent savoir manipuler la sonde et être confortable avec les applications de base.

• Basic Point of Care Ultrasound (POCUS) skills highly recommended. Basic POCUS skills will not be taught as part of this course.

• Veuillez prendre note que le cours sera enseigné en anglais. Il nous fera plaisir de répondre à vos questions en français et en anglais.

• Please note the language of instruction for this course is English, however all questions can be asked and answered in both English and French.
